Instructions for Form:

Thank you for your interest in Hilton Community Education.  Please complete the form below and press submit to send a notice to the CE Registrar.  Please be sure to mail payment to HCSD Comm. Ed. Registration, 225 West Avenue, Hilton, NY 14468, and list your current phone number.   Your registration will only activate WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Do NOT include supply fee.  ALL SUPPLY FEES WILL BE COLLECTED BY THE INSTRUCTOR.

NOTE:  No Community Education classes when school is not in session.
